The house is ideally situated being only 50 metres from La Cala beach & beach bars, and close to the renowned Olivia's cabaret restaurant. The start of the acclaimed Mijas Costa coastal walkway is just in front on the beach promenade. La Cala village shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, banks, bus stop, taxi rank, market etc are only a short walk away.
The property is new to the rental market and has been completely refurbished to the very highest standard contemporary design throughout. It benefits from a large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 x twin. 2 family bathrooms with shower. There is also a seperate WC on the ground floor. Accommodating 6 people MAX.
Open patio & large lawned area to the front for dining or relaxing. A rear privately enclosed seating area with BBQ. The roof sun terrace has fabulous sea views.

Rental & Booking Information
Flexible Days
You can start your stay on any day of the week. However, when booking Live Online please be mindful not to leave a few unsellable nights (e.g. 4,5 or 6) before or after your chosen dates, as the Owners or La Cala Lettings have 48 Hours in which to decline a booking if considered detrimental for this or any other reason. In the event that the booking is declined by us or the owner a full refund will be given.
You may book for less than 7 Nights but because of fixed cleaning & laundry costs incurred, bookings of less than 7 nights incur a short stay supplement charge. The price is relative to the short stay and is automatically calculated to cover the fixed laundry and cleaning costs. The price will be calculated and visible to you prior to you proceeding to check out. You can then choose to accept the short stay supplement inclusive price before proceeding with the booking.
Late Flight Home?
If you are intending to take a late flight home we recommend that you book the extra night if available. Then you will not need to vacate the property by 10:00am.

1. Airport Taxi Transfer - Pay driver directly.
If you reserve your airport taxi(s) via us, the driver will have the property keys. Please ensure that you provide your flight details into Malaga airport on your booking. You can book your airport taxi during this booking check out process.
Airport to La Cala taxi is usually 45€ or 70€ for 2 taxi's. Please pay the driver directly. We only order the official licensed Spanish Mijas Taxi Company for you. (Max 4 in a taxi by law in Spain including toddlers). The Taxi driver(s) will be holding a card displaying your name as you enter the arrivals exit area. If you require a taxi for your return, please book it direct with the driver or via LCS office giving at least 48 hours notice.
2. Welcome Hamper - £30.00 To assist you on arrival. Welcome pack includes; 1 pint of milk, bread, butter, ham, cheese, water, jam, coffee, tea, sugar.
3. Cot Hire - £21.00 / week - Cot linen not included. please bring your own cot linen.
4. High Chair - £14.00 / week

Stayed on Mijas Playa Club many times since the late 90s ( approx 30 ) in quite a number of the apartments and houses but Casa 15 is our favourite to date - refurbished to a modern and tasteful standard it offers a great location close to one of the pools on the complex - hope to return next year and enjoy all its facilities- superb
Have used La Cala lettings on a number of occasions now and have always found them to be very professional and accommodating, would recommend them wholeheartedly.
We loved the Villa it had everything that we needed for our stay & was very comfortable. Very convenient for the pool, beach, plenty of eating places close by too. There was a couple of issues which were sorted out very quickly with the office who were easy to contact with. Our taxi transfer were great & the drivers were very obliging & helpful. Hopefully we will return to La Cala & we will get in touch with your team as soon as we decide. Thank you to all your team xx
Absolutely lovely home, had everything to make our stay so enjoyable. Couldn't think of anything I would change or add to Casa15.Also as we are 78 it was so handy for newspaper, supermarket and cafe and restaurant and importantly for taxis.
This house is very modern with top of the range appliances. Lots of storage and well equipped. The roof terrace is lovely and the outside furniture is great.
This is the second time we have stayed here. The accommodation is excellent for our family needs. It is extremely clean and very high standard. Val was very obliging in letting us keep our luggage in the house until it was time to leave. We will definitely be booking again.

Spent a wonderful week in MP Casa 15, from the 29th of April to the 6th of May 2022. On arrival, we found the house to be spotless, modern and spacious, with a fabulous roof terrace, with fantastic sea views. The garden and grounds are kept immaculate, as is the pool closest to the beach front. ⛱️ The house is located only steps away from the beach, town, the wonderful Boardwalk, restaurants and a wide variety of pubs. I look forward to returning as soon as possible.
We stayed in this lovely townhouse which is across from the beach and near the centre of la cala. We thought the open plan lounge and kitchen was very stylish. The bedrooms were beautiful and clean .The rooftop terrace had amazing views. We would definitely recommend staying here again.
We had a perfect holiday! The house was beautiful, very clean and organised. It had everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Child friendly. Perfect family holiday. Definitely will be back!
This property is in a fabulous location, overlooking the pool and the sea. From the roof terrace and the bedrooms, the view is beautiful. Casa 15 is fitted out to a high standard and does not disappoint. Our stay was very enjoyable - we love La Cala de Mijas, we will be back and would be very happy to book this property again. During our stay, a problem with the boiler was rectified quickly and efficiently by La Cala Lettings. I recommend La Cala de Mijas, this property and this agent.
A truly modern house with open plan living downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dinning table to seat six and a relaxing television and seating area. Three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plus a roof terrace to relax and sunbathe. Excellent location only 50yds from the beach. Places to eat and drink within walking distance.
Our stay in Casa 15 was excellent, Casa 15 was finished to a very high standard indeed with quality fittings, very spacious, fantastic beach front location close to all amenities, and the views from the roof top terrace cabana over the sea were fantastic which made our holiday memorable

As a family with two small children, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in La Cala. The accommodation was perfect! The owners have put a lot of effort into providing high quality but extremely comfortable surroundings. We didn't want to leave!
This house is absolutely stunning , extremely spacious open plan living . 3 generous sized bedrooms , 2 at the front of the house with excellent sea views and one on the back with Juliette balcony . 2 bathrooms one with shower over bath and other with huge shower cubicle all with modern fixtures & fittings . Roof terrace with stunning views and a huge day bed to relax on . The house is lovely , modern and simple . Around the grounds of the house are beautiful and a well maintained complex. Communal swimming pool literally 10 steps from the front door and beach is only a 3 minute walk too . The centre of La Cala is 5 minutes walk away to local supermarkets and an abundance of restaurants within a minutes walk . Fabulous place to stay for families or couples !
