The house is ideally situated being only 80 metres from La Cala beach & beach bars. The Mijas Costa coastal walkway is just in front on the beach promenade. La Cala village shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, banks, bus stop, taxi rank, market etc are only a very short walk away.
The house comprises 3 floors with an open lounge, dining area and a seperate kitchen.
3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 x twin. 2 family bathrooms with shower. There is also a seperate WC on the ground floor.
Open patio & garden area to the front for dining or relaxing. A rear privately enclosed seating area with BBQ. The roof sun terrace has sea views.
The property occupants also have use of the 2 Mijas Playa Club complex swimming pools.
Air conditioning with heating is provided free of charge.

Flexible Days
You can start your stay on any day of the week. However, when booking Live Online please be mindful not to leave a few unsellable nights (e.g. 4,5 or 6) before or after your chosen dates, as the Owners or La Cala Lettings have 48 Hours in which to decline a booking if considered detrimental for this or any other reason. In the event that the booking is declined by us or the owner a full refund will be given.
You may book for less than 7 Nights but because of fixed cleaning & laundry costs incurred, bookings of less than 7 nights incur a short stay supplement charge. The price is relative to the short stay and is automatically calculated to cover the fixed laundry and cleaning costs. The price will be calculated and visible to you prior to you proceeding to check out. You can then choose to accept the short stay supplement inclusive price before proceeding with the booking.
Late Flight Home?
If you are intending to take a late flight home we recommend that you book the extra night if available. Then you will not need to vacate the property by 10:00am.

1. Airport Taxi Transfer - Pay driver directly.
If you reserve your airport taxi(s) via us, the driver will have the property keys. Please ensure that you provide your flight details into Malaga airport on your booking. You can book your airport taxi during this booking check out process.
Airport to La Cala taxi is usually 45€ or 70€ for 2 taxi's. Please pay the driver directly. We only order the official licensed Spanish Mijas Taxi Company for you. (Max 4 in a taxi by law in Spain including toddlers). The Taxi driver(s) will be holding a card displaying your name as you enter the arrivals exit area. If you require a taxi for your return, please book it direct with the driver or via LCS office giving at least 48 hours notice.
2. Welcome Hamper - £30.00 To assist you on arrival. Welcome pack includes; 1 pint of milk, bread, butter, ham, cheese, water, jam, coffee, tea, sugar.
3. Cot Hire - £21.00 / week - Cot linen not included. please bring your own cot linen.
4. High Chair - £14.00 / week

La cala mijas is a wonderful spot for a holiday on the Costa del sol. Great house and superb communication all the way prior and during our stay. We'll be back again
House no 32 in Playa Mijas club is a very well presented house in a superb location. The local restaurants, supermarkets and the beach are all within a 5-10 minute walk. While a local cafe has a seating area beside the house we found this to be a positive rather than a negative as we enjoyed listening to the chat and laughter coming from its customers. This cafe closes at 5pm every day so the evenings and nights were very quiet. The beds in the house are very comfortable and there is a washing machine and dryer on the upper floor beside the roof top area. The air in the house appeared to be a little damp if the windows and doors were kept shut. We would happy stay in the house again and we actually extended our recent stay there by 6 days. We also found lacalalettings to be very good to deal with.
A lovely property as was expected - clean and well presented with beautiful, well maintained gardens. It had all the conveniences and comforts of home, which made our holiday much easier having a child with a disability with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa 32, despite it being in close proximity to the nightlife, the occasional chattering outside didn't bother us. The information package was very well thought out with a good selection of local restaurants and amenities. We're already planning to return next year
Excellent villa, had everything you need for a comfortable stay, Mijas playa club is a great location Villa was 2 minutes from beach , restaurants, bars and shops.
We had an extended stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Perhaps the most complimentary thing I can say is that we have booked again for next year and if we had not liked it we certainly would not have done that. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. It is located in a super location, set in a really nice complex very close to the beach, the supermarkets, bus stops and other local facilities which were all very welcoming. If you wish to travel further afield Malaga and Marbella are very easy to get to from this central location.
